Database Developer (Oracle)

Location: O'Fallon, Illinois, United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 database support and resolve issues affecting a worldwide user base.
• Develop, test, package, and deploy operational patches to live databases.
• Create reusable procedures and scripts documenting database actions.
• Analyze database performance and structure across production, training, testing, and development environments.
• Monitor STIG compliance and requirements for protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Support the Continuous Learning Environment by loading training data, monitoring performance, and maintaining production-like training environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in database development and/or administration.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience writing and maintaining reusable scripts and procedures in Oracle.
• Working knowledge of STIG compliance and PII protection requirements.
• Experience with patch testing, packaging, and deployment.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Security+ certification.
