Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management (AI)

Location: Virtual Office (California); other locations include Texas and Colorado, USA

Salary: $134,600.00–$236,800.00 base compensation, with possible commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Design and deliver integrated, human-centered change experiences, strategies, and tactics for employees, leaders, managers, and teams undergoing enterprise transformation.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to build organizational capability, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Help evolve the hirify.global Way of Change into a strategic enterprise capability using scalable methodologies, AI-enabled workflows, governance, and tools.
• Lead multiple enterprise change initiatives, managing priorities, plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery.
• Measure adoption, employee experience, and business outcomes to improve change effectiveness and organizational capability.
• Coach leaders and managers, influence strategic decisions, and mentor change practitioners.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise change experiences, strategies, and tactics.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead multiple enterprise change initiatives, including priorities, plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery.
• Ability to develop scalable change methodologies, AI-enabled workflows, governance, and tools.
• Ability to use AI, data, and emerging technologies to improve and scale change practices.
• Experience measuring adoption, employee experience, business outcomes, and organizational capability.
• Ability to coach leaders and managers, influence strategic decisions, build trusted partnerships, and mentor practitioners.
