Product Manager, Therapy Services Operations (Digital Health)

Location: United States of America; Deerfield / Hybrid or Remote. Travel: 5–10% as required for global initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Estimated base salary: $108,000–$135,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional programs covering Success Services innovation, pilots, launch preparation, and global scale-up.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk registers, issue logs, stakeholder communications, governance updates, and recommendations.
• Coordinate operational readiness, launch playbooks, implementation frameworks, training materials, procedures, and support documentation.
• Establish service lifecycle, governance, issue-resolution, transition, and continuous-improvement processes for sustaining operations.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms; analyze performance, adoption, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration across Product, Commercial, Operations, Technology, Legal, Medical, Quality, and regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, product operations, digital health, service operations, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a global environment.
• Experience launching and scaling products, services, or customer success programs.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, governance, and organizational design.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or connected care solutions.
• Experience developing operating models and sustaining product organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Product Management, and Change Management methodologies.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and regional markets.
