Product Manager, HealthTech

Location: San Francisco, California, USA; hybrid work with four days in the office and Wednesdays working from home. Flexible working hours are required to collaborate with the Taiwan office.

Base salary: $120k–$180k per year plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and communicate product strategy and vision using market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including features, enhancements, and releases.
• Gather and prioritize requirements with cross-functional teams and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Work with UX/UI designers and development teams to create user-friendly products and coordinate timely releases.
• Define test cases and ensure product quality, reliability, and security.
• Plan launches, support marketing and sales enablement, prepare customer support, and use post-launch data and feedback to improve the product.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in software development and/or product management.
• Proven track record in healthtech businesses.
• Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts, technology stacks, architectures, and development processes.
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, analytical, and unstructured environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to explain complex business concepts to C-suite executives and external partners.
• Creative thinking, bold ideas, and a scrappy, humble attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get things done.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
