Logistics & Shipping Coordinator

Location: Greenfield, IN, United States; onsite C-Team night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Salary: $29.11 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

What you will do

• Schedule carrier pickups, track shipment status, and coordinate outbound freight and delivery.
• Generate and file Bills of Lading, packing lists, transfer orders, and receipts.
• Process shipping and receiving records in Oracle, TMS, or WMS platforms and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finishing, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to expedite critical and same-day shipments.
• Follow safety and quality SOPs, maintain a clean work environment, and support site improvement efforts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Working knowledge of computer platforms, shipping software, or ERP systems such as Oracle, TMS, or MS Office.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and obtain forklift certification.
• Dependability and adaptability when handling shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required as a condition of employment.
