Coordinator, Logistics (Supply Chain)

Location: Tucson, AZ, US, 85756. Onsite, first shift at 8am or 5am depending on time zone.

Salary: $53,000–$55,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate domestic and overseas transportation of raw materials, products, and machinery.
• Manage schedules, track deliveries, and help ensure goods arrive on time and undamaged.
• Communicate with carriers across ocean, air freight, and ground transportation modes.
• Resolve transportation complaints and logistics issues while collaborating with customer service, purchasing, distribution centers, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain bills of lading, packing lists, proof of delivery, and other transport documentation.
• Document and report transportation costs and performance, negotiate with carriers, optimize routes, and ensure compliance with transportation and global trade regulations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of freight, logistics, international transportation, or supply chain analytics experience in multi-regional, cross-border freight environments.
• Strong analytics and data governance skills.
• Working knowledge of international freight modes and cost structures, including ocean, air, road, surcharges, Incoterms, and international trade basics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office tools.
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TMS or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with freight audit processes.
• Experience supporting RFQ or RFP processes.
