Junior Project Manager - B2B Business (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid role in Carnaxide, Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Support the strategic roadmap and growth initiatives across hirify.global Group business lines in Portugal.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational results, and identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects through data-driven analysis, stakeholder coordination, and timely execution of action plans.
• Assess market trends and the competitive environment in Portugal to support strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Report to the Country Director Portugal with regular updates and business recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills, including KPI analysis, with a data-driven approach to managing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to distinguish practical from impractical approaches.
• At least 1 year of experience in Strategic Business Development projects, consultancy firms, or start-ups.
• Passion and motivation for moving tasks forward and taking ownership of projects.
• English at C1 level.
