Project and Business Improvement Management for Aerostructures Procurement (Sustainability)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work. Other location: Coimbra.

What you will do

• Manage transverse project, compliance, and business improvement activities within the Aerostructures Procurement Strategy team.
• Plan projects, estimate workloads and capacity, define interfaces and service levels, and prepare project budgets and descriptions.
• Coordinate project initiatives, supplier order management, process integration, industrialization, and project execution through completion.
• Identify improvement ideas, new processes, and digital solutions; perform economic efficiency evaluations and assess project impact.
• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and report project data while tracking quality, costs, deadlines, risks, and mitigation measures.
• Lead progress meetings, support cross-functional stakeholders, represent projects at higher management levels, and complete technical and economic handovers.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in consulting, project management, or a comparable qualification, including experience leading projects.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience is preferred, particularly in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• High resilience, assertiveness, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and high learning agility.
• Proactive, open-minded attitude with a keen interest in Sustainability.
• Negotiation-level fluency in English.
• Experience with G Suite.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related fields.
