Aerostructures IT Project Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, with Coimbra listed as another location; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Establish project plans, workload estimates, budgets, and capacity balancing.
• Coordinate and monitor project initiatives from initiation through completion, including handovers to leadership.
• Track timelines, budgets, risks, and opportunities and implement basic mitigation actions.
• Identify improvement ideas, processes, and digital solutions and assess their impact on project scope.
• Prepare status updates, run progress meetings, and maintain project documentation and communications.
• Apply PMO frameworks, guide cross-functional stakeholders, and escalate critical risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience and a record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Leadership, decision-making, prioritization, delegation, problem-solving, and rapid comprehension skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building at all levels.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in or previous exposure to financial or risk management environments.
• Business-fluent English and experience with G Suite and AI tools.
• Willingness to travel.
