Associate, Business Operations & Analytics

Location: Remote. Full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $110K–$140K plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered app that manages car, home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical-asset ownership, including insurance, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and related marketplaces.

What you will do

• Embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships and own the analytical function for the business area end to end.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analyses should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders, explaining what is happening, why, and what to do next.
• Drive initiatives from analytical insight through execution and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Comfort with SQL or Python.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• First-principles approach to breaking ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before working with data.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly, precisely, and directly and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Strong ownership mindset, including fixing problems outside the immediate area of responsibility.
