Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid, with office work required at least three days per week.

hirify.global builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions, powered by workflow agents and its proprietary Atlas platform.

What you will do

• Run weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning and goal tracking.
• Prepare board decks, KPI reporting, and investor updates.
• Lead strategic projects for the CEO and CFO, including new market and vertical entry, partnership evaluations, and organization and headcount planning.
• Analyze business performance across verticals and regions, including segment economics, pipeline, and delivery efficiency, and turn findings into recommendations.
• Design and run scaling processes such as deal review and pricing approvals, delivery staffing reviews, and international operations.
• Own ambiguous, unassigned problems through completion across teams.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience, including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and in an operating role at a venture-backed startup.
• Experience in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Founder’s Office, or as a founder.
• Ability to build analyses and models in Excel or Google Sheets using incomplete data.
• Ability to write clear, concise memos and presentations with recommendations and supporting reasoning.
• Experience driving cross-functional work to completion without formal authority, including collaboration with senior engineering, sales, and operations leaders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, full ownership of work, and doing whatever the work requires.

Nice to have

• Experience at an enterprise software or AI company.
• Exposure to government, healthcare, or insurance customers.
• International experience.
