Senior Sales Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States; quarterly travel to Business Development Representative Centers of Excellence, including Jacksonville, Florida and London, United Kingdom, with additional domestic and international travel as required.

Salary: $70,390.00–$119,670.00 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze pod-level performance across pipeline, activity, conversion, attainment, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Conduct recurring KPI and trend analysis, identify performance gaps and root causes, and prepare scorecards, insights, and leadership updates.
• Partner with BDR managers on operating rhythms, performance reviews, execution planning, and follow-up actions.
• Support adoption and training for CRM, prospecting, sequencing, reporting, and productivity tools.
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, training guides, onboarding materials, process maps, job aids, and manager resources.
• Support process adherence, data quality reviews, CRM hygiene, operational audits, and process improvement tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, enablement, business analytics, or a similar function.
• Experience supporting sales, business development, customer-facing, or revenue-generating teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including reviewing performance metrics, identifying trends, and summarizing insights.
• Experience creating reports, scorecards, presentations, documentation, or training materials.
• Ability to translate data and process information into clear recommendations and practical guidance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience supporting BDR, SDR, inside sales, sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue operations teams.
• Experience with CRM, prospecting, sequencing, reporting, or sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Apollo, Outreach, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing SOPs, playbooks, job aids, onboarding materials, or training resources.
• Experience conducting KPI analysis, trend analysis, root cause analysis, or performance reporting.
• Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience partnering directly with frontline sales or business development managers.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, sales workflow automation, or data visualization platforms.
