Company

hirify.global is a consultancy and public benefit corporation helping federal, state, and local agencies modernize government services through human-centered design, secure cloud infrastructure, and reliable digital products.

What you will do

  • Manage sprint processes, effort estimation, incident triage, expectations, progress reporting, and blocker removal at the intersection of government partners and delivery teams.
  • Support a mid-to-large-scale product by turning issues into clear, actionable tickets and being available for Priority One incidents.
  • Coordinate engineers, designers, government stakeholders, partner vendors, and multiple contractor teams across complex ecosystems.
  • Manage milestones, dependencies, integrations, risks, team velocity, and project communications.
  • Build stakeholder relationships, support prioritization, and improve processes for organizing and delivering the work.
  • Report risks, successes, progress, and failures transparently while helping teams resolve issues and reach alignment.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Manager in a complex software development environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using and managing ticketing systems; Jira and Confluence experience is ideal, with strong diligence in issue tracking and documentation.
  • Experience leading complex projects involving milestones, dependencies, and integrations with significant risk, uncertainty, or scale.
  • Experience working cohesively with product, design, and engineering teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Ability to grow client relationships and drive prioritization across multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, transparency, situational awareness, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Adaptive, proactive, empathetic, tenacious, positive approach with a passion for learning and comfort embracing change.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to meet additional government-contract requirements; a background check or security clearance may be required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with iterative projects involving prototypes, product pilots, and user research.
  • Experience introducing or expanding agile transformation and pursuing project-management best practices with clients and stakeholders.
