Project Manager (Agile)

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, or Texas. The role is associated with Denver, Colorado.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead Scrum teams as a servant leader and coach using agile, scaled agile, occasional waterfall, and SDLC practices from idea through launch and ongoing development.
• Plan and manage project scope, schedule, cost, functionality, quality, delivery, dependencies, change control, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Track and communicate project progress, risks, issues, blockers, and changes to the PMO, business owners, management, stakeholders, product managers, and clients.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, quarterly planning, Scrum of Scrums, project management community activities, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Conduct retrospectives, post-project reviews, and lessons-learned discussions; create archives and implement approved process improvement plans.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates in tracking tools and repositories.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of agile project management experience and previous project management experience.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to lead Scrum teams, facilitate agile practices, manage delivery, and address risks, issues, blockers, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work with SDLC practices and project planning documentation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of web technology platforms.
• Experience in digital media.
• PMP or CSM certification.
