Project Analyst (Government IT)

Location: Remote within Charleston, SC / United States

hirify.global delivers government IT contract services, including Department of Veterans Affairs system network infrastructure projects.

What you will do

• Coordinate project delivery between hirify.global, the government Project Manager, external technical leads, and stakeholders.
• Track and report deliverables, work products, schedules, costs, performance data, and contract compliance.
• Manage team schedules, software acquisitions, project documentation, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Create routine and ad hoc reports and present analytical findings in narrative and graphic formats.
• Serve as Scrum Master and support SAFe/Agile planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Organize Jira and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline; eight years of additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least five years of experience, including experience as a Project Analyst or Project Manager supporting government IT contracts.
• Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance data and producing routine and ad hoc reports.
• Ability to present analytical findings orally and in writing using narrative and graphic forms.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with system network infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe/Agile frameworks and practices and with managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Exceptional communication, organization, coordination, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience serving as Scrum Master, organizing Jira, and managing software acquisitions for technical teams.
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification.
• Active Public Trust clearance or higher.
• Experience using approved AI tools for status reports, meeting summaries, action items, schedule and performance analysis, user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint or program increment summaries, with accuracy verification before release.
• Familiarity with secure and responsible AI use in federal environments, including VA and federal AI guidance and restrictions on sensitive data.
• Experience supporting VA or other federal healthcare IT programs.
