Senior Agile Project Manager

Location: Remote-first; employees may work remotely on an occasional or permanent basis. Remote work requires reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

What you will do

• Lead PI planning, ART syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and coordination across Agile Release Trains, portfolios, vendors, and business units.
• Manage program-level risks, dependencies, delivery commitments, intake, prioritization, and approval workflows.
• Act as an enterprise Agile champion by mentoring teams, Scrum Masters, Agile Managers, and senior leadership on SAFe and Lean-Agile practices.
• Track delivery health, KPIs, predictability, governance compliance, and program metrics through dashboards and reports.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks, lead retrospectives and improvement workshops, and implement cross-team process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate workshops that promote alignment, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Agile leadership roles, including portfolio-level experience.
• Experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.
• Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, servant leadership, change management, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and risks across multiple Agile Release Trains.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SAFe tooling, PI planning tools, and program dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills for KPIs, delivery metrics, and program health analysis.
• PMP certification.
