Supply Chain Optimization Manager

Location: Flexible across Europe; listed locations include Madrid, Milan, Weybridge, Manchester, Oeiras, and Clichy. Workplace type: Hybrid Remote.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance supply chain network optimization models for strategic and operational scenarios.
• Analyze complex, high-volume data and run model scenarios to assess network performance, cost, service, and capacity impacts.
• Present model outputs, recommendations, and business cases to Supply Chain Directors, Country Managers, and VP-level leaders.
• Develop data-driven presentations, reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making.
• Improve modelling methodologies, automation, reporting capabilities, data capture, and optimization processes through innovative approaches and technologies.
• Provide strategic guidance and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve supply chain decisions and operational performance.

Requirements

• Experience with supply chain optimization software is essential.
• Experience building and maintaining complex supply chain, network, logistics, or optimization models and translating analytical outputs into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing Directors, Country Managers, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-level presentations and data-driven business cases.
• Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, data visualization, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Experience using Llamasoft or Optilogic.
