Pre-Sales Intern (IoT/eSIM)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; the role is based in hirify.global's Lisbon office.

What you will do

• Support customer requirements gathering and documentation.
• Validate customer use cases against existing IoT, eSIM, and Connect product capabilities.
• Prepare basic presentations, product descriptions, and presales documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings and internal discussions across Sales, Product, and Delivery.

Requirements

• Curiosity, motivation, and eagerness to learn new products, technologies, and business challenges.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas clearly and present information in a structured way.
• Logical thinking, common sense, and a practical approach to problem-solving, including identifying gaps and making reasonable judgments.
• Basic understanding of telecom and IT ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecom, software engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
