Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Granollers, Spain; the role oversees operations across Granollers and Weilbach, Germany, with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the month.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, loading, dispatch, goods receipt, storage, picking, shipping, returns, refusals, and product destruction processes.
• Coordinate short-term warehouse and transport capacity with Planning, Customer Service, 3PL teams, and carriers.
• Monitor 3PL execution, manage operational claims and quality systems, and lead selected PDCA and root-cause analysis activities.
• Manage daily inventory control, stock adjustments, discrepancy resolution, SAP interfaces, IDocs, and SAP-WMS reconciliation.
• Lead or support productivity, forecasting, cost-saving, RFQ, tender, process, systems, and digitalization projects.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, suppliers, carriers, 3PL partners, audits, corrective actions, and warehouse governance workstreams.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a comparable field; alternatively, completed commercial or logistics vocational training with substantial relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, or 3PL-managed distribution environments.
• Advanced SAP user knowledge and practical understanding of warehouse management systems and transactional interfaces.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish required.
• Ability to analyze operational data, solve problems, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver actions independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
