Station Manager (Logistics)

Location: Madrid Province, Spain; onsite logistics station operations

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound parcel processing, sorting, loading, delivery, and other daily station operations.
• Lead, schedule, train, and conduct performance reviews for delivery drivers and station staff.
• Monitor delivery rates, on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, inventory, and equipment maintenance to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Handle customer issues, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with regional management and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team and achieving operational targets.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, last-mile delivery, and warehousing operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
