Location: Mountain View, California; New York, New York; or San Diego, California, United States

Base pay: $204,000–$276,000 in Mountain View; $199,500–$270,000 in New York; $191,000–$258,500 in San Diego.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy, financials, and competitive priorities into talent plans and people agendas.
• Identify future skills and capabilities, then develop hiring, development, retention, and AI-first workforce strategies.
• Frame organizational design options that increase speed and reduce layers and friction, and lead associated change management.
• Coach senior leaders and strengthen leadership-team effectiveness, prioritization, alignment, and execution velocity.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, People Analytics, and other People & Places functions.
• Use AI tools, HR technology, and people analytics to identify trends and improve engagement, manager scores, mobility, retention, and leadership capability.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of HR partnering directly with executives on business results, building high-performing teams, and leading change.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a Human Resources-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret financial performance, learn business objectives quickly, and translate them into talent and organizational decisions.
• AI fluency and an experimentation mindset, including active use of AI to improve work and help leaders and teams adopt it.
• Experience building annual organizational strategies and talent plans with clear priorities and actions that support highly engaged people in effective roles.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with direct ownership of interpreting data and influencing decisions.
• Experience framing organizational design options that accelerate work and reduce friction.
• Experience diagnosing and building senior-level leadership-team capability with courage and candor.
• Track record leading change, building change-leadership capability in others, and developing trusted relationships with executives, managers, employees, and HR partners.

• Experience in consulting, strategy, or a similarly analytical environment.
