Human Resources Business Partner (Gaming)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; Monday-Friday onsite work schedule.

Base pay: $74,020.00–$136,944.00 annually in the U.S.; incentive compensation may also apply but is not guaranteed.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor and primary point of contact for leaders and employees in Central QA.
• Develop and execute workforce planning, organizational design, succession, talent, and leadership strategies.
• Coach leaders and employees on development, feedback, performance management, goal setting, calibration, and retention.
• Lead and support change management, employee communications, inclusion, belonging, and engagement initiatives.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including success as a strategic business partner in a complex, fast-paced, creative, or technical organization.
• Deep understanding of leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to advise and influence leaders while building trust and credibility at all levels.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Experience using analytics and metrics to diagnose issues, measure impact, and inform recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas and present to executive audiences.
• High professionalism, discretion, and judgment when managing sensitive matters.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across HR disciplines and functions.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering in union environments and maintaining compliance.
• HR experience in entertainment, gaming, or technology.
• Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, and problem-solving while validating outputs for accuracy and quality.
