HR Business Partner (Product and Engineering)

What you will do

• Drive talent strategy for Product and Engineering client groups in alignment with business strategy.
• Partner with senior directors and vice presidents on workforce planning, talent initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational design.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team development, organizational health, succession planning, and complex people decisions.
• Monitor employee experience through engagement surveys, listening mechanisms, attrition analysis, workforce dashboards, and organizational health metrics.
• Deploy integrated enterprise HR programs across Product and Engineering, including performance management, development conversations, succession planning, and rewards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Employee Relations, and other HR Centers of Excellence; leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve HR effectiveness and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization, or relevant HR or organization development consulting experience.
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen and working knowledge of Product and Engineering organizations; experience supporting technical organizations is strongly preferred.
• Data fluency and the ability to translate workforce and people insights into clear, practical recommendations.
• Experience applying AI, automation, and technology-enabled solutions to solve business challenges, generate insights, and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working across global teams and adapting approaches across geographies and cultures.
• Agility, resilience, sound judgment through ambiguity and change, accountability, resourcefulness, and a collaborative, hands-on working style.
