Manager, AI Product Communications

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site work at hirify.global sites in Santa Clara, California, or Hillsboro, Oregon, United States, and off-site work.

Annual salary: $121,390–$245,180 USD.

What you will do

• Lead external communications for hirify.global’s data center GPU portfolio, next-generation products, and AI software initiatives.
• Develop and execute communications strategies covering product launches, proactive media relations, and thought leadership.
• Translate complex technologies, product capabilities, and customer applications into stories for media, analysts, influencers, customers, partners, and developers.
• Drive executive thought leadership, technical storytelling, product reviews, and customer and ecosystem stories.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, marketing, Global Communications, and Events teams on integrated communications programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in external communications, public relations, or technology communications, in-house or at an agency.
• Experience developing and executing communications strategies, including product launches, proactive media relations, and thought leadership programs.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and media relations skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductors, GPUs, AI, data center infrastructure, enterprise technology, or software.
• Established relationships with technology, business, and industry media.
• Experience developing executive thought leadership, technical storytelling, product review programs, and customer success stories.
• Strong understanding of the evolving AI and technology landscape, including emerging trends and proactive storytelling opportunities.
• Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
