Compensation: $300K – $390K base salary + Equity

What you will do

• Lead and scale the communications function, including strategy, team structure, agency management, and execution standards.
• Develop and evolve the corporate narrative across AI, developer tools, enterprise, consumer, and global markets.
• Drive communications programs for product launches, enterprise momentum, customer stories, and thought leadership.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on positioning, reputation, and high-stakes company moments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, business, AI, enterprise, and policy media.
• Manage internal communications, rapid response, issues management, and crisis communications.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience for Director level; 15+ years for VP level in communications, PR, or corporate affairs.
• Experience building and scaling communications functions at fast-growing technology companies.
• Proven experience working directly with founders, CEOs, and senior executive leaders.
• Strong relationships with AI, technology, and business media.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape and its impact on software development and the future of work.
