Senior Operations Program Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees must reside in and be able to work from the U.S. International work is prohibited. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own and maintain integrated program plans for multiple major initiatives, tracking workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and status across more than a dozen functional teams.
• Connect strategic growth initiatives with operational execution, coordinating downstream product, billing, communication, marketing, and user-acquisition changes.
• Sequence workflows and drive alignment across Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Success.
• Establish governance structures, including steering committee cadences, working-group charters, escalation paths, and decision logs, and run weekly rollout operations meetings.
• Drive readiness for clinical programs and protocols, client billing and invoicing, member communications, outcomes measurement, and service-model cost structures.
• Identify and escalate cross-functional bottlenecks, maintain a blocked list for executive review, and use executive sponsorship to unblock work when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business or Communications.
• 8+ years of program/project management, operations, or implementation experience.
• Proven experience in a growth-stage startup environment, specifically Series B–D, including at least one complex, multi-workstream organizational transformation.
• Direct experience in healthcare, health tech, or digital health, with knowledge of regulatory, clinical, and payer dynamics, including HIPAA compliance.
• Hands-on experience with product rollouts or product-led transformations, including transitioning from product development to organizational operations.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration suites such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, including the ability to distill complex operational statuses into concise executive updates.
• Ability to build trust through reliability and maintain a calm, collected presence without relying on formal authority.
• U.S. work authorization and residence in, or ability to work from, a state where Vida is registered.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Gemini or Claude to accelerate operational workflows.
