Program Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $100,000-$130,000, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Run day-to-day PMO operations across multiple health system customer programs, including weekly reporting, customer meetings, and action follow-through.
• Lead audits covering artifacts, compliance, governance, and information security; identify gaps, access issues, data blockers, and acceleration constraints.
• Maintain the PMO source of truth in Zoho and align it with Notion, Slack, Jira, and Google Drive for real-time program visibility.
• Build daily digests and reporting views, and facilitate cross-customer sessions for sharing effective practices, pilots, and use-case learnings.
• Represent the PMO with customers, align customer-facing, technical, and internal stakeholders, and communicate difficult messages clearly.
• Trace recurring issues to root causes, create repeatable process improvements, and support workforce, resource-tracking, organizational-effectiveness, and readiness initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Confident, clear customer-facing communication, including delivering difficult messages.
• Experience aligning stakeholders and working effectively across functions.
• Strong analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with strategy, road-mapping, and workforce or resource management.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and program and reporting tools such as Zoho, Jira, Notion, Slack, or Power BI.
• A builder mindset, with the judgment to act independently and ask for help when needed.
• Active listening, emotional intelligence, executive presence, humility, comfort with ambiguity, and a drive to create structure.

Nice to have

• Background in health AI, healthcare technology, or life sciences programs.
• Experience building real-time visibility or analytics for program health.
• Experience with compliance, governance, or information security audit processes.
