Senior UX/UI Designer

What you will do

• Create workflows for reviewing prioritised problems, rating query and product pairs, and reporting rater agreement.
• Conduct user research through interviews, journey mapping, and walkthroughs of real issues.
• Design and maintain UI components and design systems using Figma or an equivalent tool.
• Design, prototype, usability-test, and iterate early product concepts with Product colleagues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and data science colleagues to turn prototypes into thin-slice production releases.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in UI design systems using Figma or an equivalent tool.
• Extensive experience designing complex, data-rich workflows.
• Strong grounding in user research methods, including work with internal expert users.
• Ability to adapt existing brand guidelines to specific digital products.
• Working knowledge of front-end components and constraints, including design handoff to engineers.
• Portfolio demonstrating data dashboards, workflow platforms, and form-intensive or rating interfaces.
• Experience with usability testing, rapid prototyping, and design iteration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary delivery team.
