Sales Operations Associate, Life Sciences / Sample Repository Services (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Support sales representatives, sales management, leadership, and subject matter experts across multiple Sample and Repository Services opportunities and projects.
• Manage daily pricing requests and assist with sales proposals, client communications, presentations, and contract values.
• Coordinate and complete RFPs, RFIs, vendor forms, proposal content, approvals, and submissions while meeting quality and customer deadline requirements.
• Maintain proposal question-and-answer databases, client databases, contract and confidentiality records, purchase orders, and sales reporting information.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, business teams, and internal departments on customer agreements, terms and conditions, and approvals.
• Provide customer service, sales process support and training, client analysis, meeting updates, and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Finance, or Communication.
• Life Science industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using a CRM program such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, with confidence communicating with sales representatives and managers at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume sales support environment with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, collaborative, dedicated team player with critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in multicultural and/or global environments and ability to collaborate with sales teams, business-unit peers, and staff across hirify.global Life Sciences.
• Willingness to travel and attend virtual meetings across time zones; ability to align priorities with customer needs and expectations and demonstrate fairness, integrity, and confidentiality.
