Operations Supervisor - Night Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Jackson, TN, United States; onsite night shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

Hiring salary range: $74,353k–$94,011k.

What you will do

• Supervise associates across assigned distribution, production, or warehouse departments and allocate resources to maximize throughput, minimize waste, and maintain quality.
• Analyze shift and department performance, processing timelines, staffing needs, productivity, and quality indicators; take corrective action when standards are not met.
• Manage attendance records, performance evaluations, advancement recommendations, progressive counseling, and other daily supervisory responsibilities.
• Operate distribution and production systems such as DMS, PKMS, WMS, and KRONOS to support accurate material, order, and payroll processing.
• Interview, select, and train associates; maintain administrative and HR reporting; prepare shift handoffs and escalate issues affecting service levels.
• Coordinate with Quality Services to ensure complete and accurate order processing and consistent quality assurance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of formal leadership experience and at least one year of manufacturing, production, or distribution experience; alternatively, a four-year college degree with comparable leadership experience from a role, leadership training, or internships.
