Manager, Fulfillment

Location: On-site in USA - Boston, MA

Salary: $72,800.00–$127,100.00 USD per year; eligible for bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise daily order processing, order entry, administration, shipping, and fulfillment activities.
• Develop capacity plans for build-to-stock and build-to-order environments and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, manage order backlogs, and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare volume and demand planning analyses using internal and external data.
• Maintain operational records and documents supporting compliance and quality standards.
• Lead team meetings, review performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to guide and motivate a team of entry-level professionals.
• Knowledge of inventory management and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Customer service focus and ability to meet service standards.
• Ability to prepare and interpret volume and demand planning analyses.
• Experience coordinating with external partners or vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and implement operational process improvements.
