Supply Chain Operation Manager (Korean/English)

Location: Garden Grove, California, United States; onsite

Salary: USD 100,000–115,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, purchase orders, delivery schedules, inbound shipments, physical counts, parts audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee refurbished product workflows, RMA order tracking, repair coordination, and refurbishment team operations.
• Monitor order fulfillment, process EDI orders, resolve cross-functional issues, and prepare sales closing reports.
• Coordinate production schedules with the Korea manufacturing team and participate in inventory, operations, and annual planning meetings.
• Supervise assigned staff, approve timecards and PTO requests, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
• Design scalable supply chain processes, systems, SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 15 years of progressive supply chain and operations experience, including at least five years of direct people management experience.
• Bilingual Korean and English communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with and leading highly collaborative cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
