Lead (Senior) Product Designer | Production (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX vision and quality for production planning and scheduling solutions.
• Shape information architecture and platform structures for complex planning products.
• Lead customer research, observation, interviews, user testing, and discovery with planners and schedulers.
• Translate domain insights and product assumptions into design requirements and development-ready designs.
• Follow and validate work through implementation, customer delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Prototype and ship AI-assisted workflows while considering agentic AI as a product consumer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience focused on UX, research, and interaction design.
• Strong systemic thinking and experience with complex platform products, combined with strong UI design judgment.
• Ability to move between strategic concepts and development-ready designs.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows from discovery and design through code.
• Proactive, independent working style with the ability to identify important problems and drive solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use data, user research, and user needs to challenge assumptions and requirements.
• Collaborative attitude, including knowledge sharing and joint problem solving.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
