Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; office-based role in the Tallinn office.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end digital product experiences, from concepts and user flows to polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, interaction patterns, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into simple, intuitive product solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, Creative teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review existing products, identify UX/UI issues, validate directions with AI and rapid prototyping tools, and own design quality through launch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI, ideally on complex digital products.
• A strong portfolio showing real product work, including the problem, process, user flows, decisions, and final result.
• High confidence in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, Figma Agent, variables, libraries, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of UX fundamentals, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, responsive design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and clear developer-ready specifications.
• Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to scalable design systems.
• Ability to use research, user feedback, product data, and usability testing to validate and improve design decisions.
• Ability to simplify complex products, clarify unclear requirements, work with developers, understand technical limitations, and present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
• Active use of AI tools for ideation, research, rapid prototyping, exploration, and improving design workflows.
