Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in the NYC office, United States

Base salary: $151K–$186K annually, plus bonus and equity

hirify.global is a Series B SaaS company building an AI-driven event marketing intelligence platform that helps companies discover, evaluate, and optimize event strategies.

What you will do

• Own product features end to end, from understanding customer problems through design, build, release, and iteration.
• Redesign onboarding and map the customer journey from first login through daily use and teammate invitations.
• Improve the usability of core SaaS workflows, including campaign setup, and remove customer dead ends.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to implement and ship designs across web and mobile applications.
• Partner with Customer Success and go-to-market teams to identify customer confusion and convert insights into product improvements.
• Lead self-serve onboarding initiatives, including help center experiences and AI- and chat-based interfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
• A portfolio demonstrating features designed and shipped to production.
• Strong UX and UI skills, including experience designing complete user journeys in SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools such as Claude and designing both conversational or AI interfaces and traditional SaaS interfaces.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and ship in a fast-moving environment.
• Product-minded, customer-focused approach with strong usability and visual-quality judgment.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers, Customer Success, sales, founders, customers, and support teams.
• Experience building and shipping products at a fast pace, with a point of view on AI prototyping best practices and moving prototypes into development.

Nice to have

• Experience designing help center or knowledge base experiences.
• Experience designing self-serve products for small and mid-sized business customers.
