Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - SaaS Applications

Location: Buffalo, New York, United States of America; hybrid with four days onsite and one day working from home per week.

Salary: $97,100–$161,800 annual (USD).

What you will do

• Support, maintain, configure, and administer approximately 10–12 SaaS applications, including user and profile setup.
• Support the consent management platform, including cookie consent configurations and related solution changes.
• Implement, configure, and test solutions while considering privacy and consent requirements that differ by state.
• Work with SAML and SSL configurations, troubleshoot application issues, and coordinate technical remediation with vendors and internal technology teams.
• Assist with SAD documentation, SDLC processes, permitting, RFC processing, and technical and process documentation.
• Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities and support light application scripting and evolving API or AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least 5 years of solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience; or a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of such experience; or, in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of combined education and/or relevant work experience, including at least 3 years of solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience.
• Experience supporting and configuring SaaS applications in a technical business systems analysis, solutions analysis, or application support role.
• Ability to understand technical integrations and configurations, with familiarity with SAML and SSL configurations.
• Strong technical and process documentation skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and RFC processes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal technology teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess solutions holistically rather than focusing purely on development.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of privacy and consent management, including how differing requirements affect configuration and testing; deep expertise is not required.
• Scripting knowledge or light application scripting experience; scripting experience is not required.
• API exposure and automation or process-improvement experience.
• Working knowledge of AI, plus exposure to Microsoft Copilot and agent-building concepts.
