Finance Systems Analyst (Integrations and Automation)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; employees must work from their home country and be willing to travel for in-person engagement.

Annual base salary: USD 83,000–116,000 for US-based roles; CAD 78,000–109,000 for Canada-based roles.

What you will do

• Support the design, development, maintenance, testing, and release of integrations across NetSuite, Salesforce, Zip, Ramp, UKG, Workato, and Stripe.
• Write and maintain scripts for data flows, transformations, and system-to-system synchronization.
• Build and refine Workato recipes and integration workflows using APIs, JSON payloads, and webhooks.
• Assist with NetSuite SuiteScript customizations and develop utilities that reduce manual work.
• Design and execute end-to-end integration tests, validate data accuracy, document results, and troubleshoot failures and discrepancies.
• Work with finance, accounting, procurement, data, legal, and other partner teams to clarify requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

Requirements

• Foundation in technical work involving APIs, integrations, automation, or related systems.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data.
• Ability to write or adapt scripts in Python, JavaScript, or another programming language and apply sound technical logic across tools and platforms.
• Ability to create and execute integration and automated-workflow test cases, including edge cases, error handling, and retry logic.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and technologies independently through research and available tools.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical partners to understand requirements and explain solutions.
• Ability to document integrations, test results, and workflows clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems, NetSuite, Workato, Postman, or similar tools.
