Sr Analyst - Config Mgmt

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. The role requires 24/7 operational availability, variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, up to 15% international business travel, and a valid passport.

Base pay: $75,715.00–$98,594.00, plus potential bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation.

hirify.global operates an airline network with Technical Operations teams responsible for aircraft maintenance, engineering, planning, facilities, ground equipment, and supply chain support.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain procedures and controls for accurate, compliant aircraft configuration data.
• Establish, audit, and maintain mainframe forecasts and tracking systems for assigned fleets or functional areas.
• Ensure transactions produce complete maintenance records and status reports that meet FAA, GMM, departmental, and retention requirements.
• Resolve analyst inquiries and discrepancies, communicate technical documentation, and maintain airframe and engine compliance status.
• Identify and implement process improvements, manage projects, distribute workload, and support change management.
• Train colleagues and new hires, maintain training records, liaise with relevant groups, and support airline operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• UA Trainer Certification and SIDA badge.
• Root Cause Analysis experience and subject matter expertise in the respective area.
• 3+ years of aviation experience and completed overview training for all groups within the department.
• Ability to lead, direct, and organize group projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of an interview and reliable, punctual attendance.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of aviation experience using M&E systems.
• Understanding of generative AI tools and their limitations, with the ability to apply them to research, analysis, content creation, and problem solving while validating outputs and following responsible AI, data privacy, and security policies.
