Business Operations Analyst

Salary: $90,000–$98,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain internal communications, supporting materials, and implementation support for new processes and procedures.
• Maintain internal and external SharePoint sites and manage the Accounting Center newsletter.
• Coordinate operational meetings, including agendas, documentation, and action-item tracking.
• Maintain onboarding curricula, develop training modules, and coordinate training initiatives with department managers and analysts.
• Manage assigned Accounting Center IT initiatives as an internal project manager.
• Develop SLA, operational performance, survey, dashboard, and management reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business communications, training, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Organizational Strategy, or a related field; significant relevant experience within a large insurance brokerage may substitute for the degree.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Insurance brokerage experience.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites.
• Experience with Power BI reporting.
