What you will do

• Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities, organizational initiatives, and long-range strategies.
• Review strategic organizational issues, analyze data from sources such as budgets, workforce levels, training requirements, and facility needs, and recommend implementation actions.
• Assess meeting and review architecture and develop executive-level briefings while designing, organizing, and facilitating large meetings and events.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, track execution, and communicate status.
• Plan organizational facility requirements and develop and deploy training content.
• Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, suppliers, partners, and customers on broad organizational training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Staff Analyst experience identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities by comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions.
• Advanced experience in data integrity and analytics.
• Relationship management and communication across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent subject-matter knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired through work.
• 3+ years of experience with procedures, process compliance, multifunction collaboration, and facilitation.
• Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
