Sr. Analyst, Csh & Cltrl Svc, IPS (Collateral Management)

Salary: $52,800–$79,200 USD per year.

What you will do

• Manage daily margin processes across bilateral and centrally cleared OTC, Repo, and Futures for Middle Office clients, including margin calls, exceptions, disputes, and escalations.
• Lead client implementations and onboarding for collateral services, coordinating service levels, controls, dependencies, deliverables, notifications, and bespoke requests.
• Review and set up collateral terms under ISDA, GMRA, and similar agreements; determine eligible securities and administer cash and securities exchanges through settlement.
• Direct month-end collateral interest processing, including reconciliation and settlement.
• Use TriResolve to produce client collateral reports, oversee margin reconciliations, and resolve breaks with clients, counterparties, and internal partners.
• Capture client requirements, define IT business requirements, test enhancements, and support the development of additional collateral management solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• 1–3+ years of work experience with direct experience in collateral management.
• Experience in project management and client interaction.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with hedge fund structures, products, and financial instruments.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with Futures, OTC, Repo, and PB margin.
