What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor field activities, information flow, progress, quality, safety, and emerging issues.
• Coordinate handover documentation, snagging activities, schedules, and partner engagement with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead on-site activities and key meetings, promote safe work practices, solve problems, and communicate impacts.
• Implement and monitor project procedures and processes, partnering with clients on improvements.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• A degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of one; support is available.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with teams and clients.
