SC Cleared - Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, business justification, resources, and delivery mandates with project owners, sponsors, and Scrum Masters.
• Prepare work plans, resource profiles, project initiation documents, delivery plans, and status reports.
• Establish project governance, conduct RAID analysis, maintain risk and issue logs, and develop contingency plans.
• Lead delivery against agreed time, cost, and quality constraints, including corrective action and escalation.
• Report progress to steering groups, sponsors, programme managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, dependencies, process gaps, compliance documentation, and alignment across stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of Project Management experience with strong overall project management capability.
• Experience in business, compliance, or process delivery, including process control or compliance implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and team motivation skills.
• Strong working knowledge and practical experience with PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Budget management, commercial, customer, and full SDLC experience.
• Proven successful delivery of fixed-price engagements.
• Experience with standard project management and MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Excellent command of English.
• Active SC Clearance is required.
