Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Kinaxis Maestro)

Location: Remote from Ireland, the UK, Sweden, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, or Italy; ability to travel 25–40%.

What you will do

• Advise customers and internal teams on hirify.global Maestro, supply chain planning, solution adoption, and best practices.
• Lead investigations of complex planning behavior by analyzing data, configurations, and algorithms, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions.
• Provide functional and technical guidance for solution design, development, integrations, data flows, and scalable implementations.
• Define, document, and present Maestro authoring, data modeling, integration, and performance standards.
• Align improvements with business objectives, recommend process, data, and configuration changes, and support customer adoption.
• Partner with Product to define customer use cases and validate features, integrations, data quality, and end-to-end process impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning and/or business software consulting, including customer-facing advisory or consulting experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on hirify.global Maestro experience covering solution development or authoring, configuration, integrations or data flows, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of at least one planning process, such as S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or inventory management.
• Proven analytical problem-solving skills, including synthesizing complex information, determining root cause, and guiding stakeholders toward solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence Product, Sales, Professional Services, Support, partners, and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to travel 25–40%.

Nice to have

• Maestro certifications and/or ERP systems experience.
