AI & Sales Operations Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Support the definition, evolution, and execution of the organization’s Data & AI Strategy.
• Identify and assess opportunities for data, analytics, machine learning, automation, and Generative AI to improve sales efficiency, customer experience, revenue growth, and decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders, facilitate workshops, and create structured AI use-case portfolios and opportunity pipelines.
• Evaluate initiatives by business impact, implementation effort, technical feasibility, cost, risk, and expected return on investment; support PoCs, pilots, and scaling.
• Track use-case outcomes and support change management, communication, workshops, and capability-building for data and AI adoption.
• Coordinate sales, business units, digital and technical teams, IT departments, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic consulting, business analysis, data analytics, digital transformation, innovation management, business intelligence, or AI implementation programs.
• Experience in cross-functional and international environments, developing business cases and strategic recommendations, and managing stakeholders across business functions.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, machine learning fundamentals, automation and RPA concepts, AI copilots, productivity solutions, and cloud-based AI ecosystems.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong analytical thinking, an innovative mindset, attention to detail, high accuracy, goal orientation, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or Strategy.
