Business Analyst (French Speaker) (Automotive)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid, with remote work up to 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Support the Billing Department by designing and executing NetSuite queries for business and customer requirements.
• Manage subscription data, perform basic subscription processing, and maintain billing data accuracy.
• Prepare, cleanse, format, and validate large datasets in Excel for mass uploads into NetSuite.
• Produce reports, KPI analyses, and ad hoc analyses for operational and management decisions.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and other business functions to resolve data and billing issues.
• Participate in finance projects, process improvements, system enhancements, testing, documentation, and implementation of new solutions while supporting finance controls and data governance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Native French speaker.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in handling and formatting data.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Hiring process

• 15-minute introductory call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• 45-minute to 1-hour-30-minute interview with the Head of the Billing Department.
• Technical skills assessment for shortlisted candidates, followed by interviews with the Head of the Billing Department and the Finance Director France.
