Manager, Global Transport & Warehousing Tendering and Budgeting (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead and support global tenders for transportation, warehousing, and logistics service partners, including sea freight NVO/BCO, road freight FTL/LTL, air freight, warehouse 3PL, and 4PL control tower services.
• Translate operational requirements into tender documentation and evaluation criteria, partnering with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and regional Operations teams.
• Manage contractual SLA oversight, escalations, QBRs, performance reporting, action tracking, and partner alignment to global standards.
• Manage cross-Operations OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, including CPU assumptions, budget submissions, forecasts, monthly tracking, variance analysis, and cost visibility.
• Establish governance, reporting packs, scorecards, and action logs while supporting a global service-partner strategy and operational resilience.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, transportation, warehousing, service partner management, or operations finance.
• Experience supporting or managing logistics tenders, RFPs, supplier selection, or contract governance.
• Strong understanding of sea freight, road freight, and air freight transportation modes.
• Experience with 3PL warehouse providers, 4PL/control tower providers, carriers, freight forwarders, or logistics service partners.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, CPU modelling, OPEX, and CAPEX management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Legal, and regional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including preparation of QBRs, scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple global priorities and turn business requirements into practical partner and budget plans.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience with Lean tools; Greenbelt or higher certification is desirable.
