Supply Chain Agent

Location: On-site at the Milton Keynes warehouse, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Prepare, configure, update, test, clean, deactivate, and perform minor repairs on payment terminals.
• Provide second-level support for device faults and coordinate technical interventions.
• Monitor warehouse stock, replenish inventory, conduct audits, and maintain records of returned and non-returned devices.
• Dispatch new and replacement orders, arrange collections, manage carriers and delivery schedules, and comply with shipping regulations.
• Manage purchase orders and supplier relationships where applicable, maintain documentation, and support colleague and partner training.
• Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners, process customer orders and queries, monitor KPIs, analyse supply chain data, and suggest efficiency and cost-saving improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Proven experience handling logistics requests.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and supply chain or stock management software.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Customer-first attitude, ability to work in a team, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to use data to identify trends and improve processes.
