Client Service Analytics Lead APAC (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as the senior escalation point for Analytics clients across APAC and drive retention, satisfaction, adoption, and long-term engagement.
• Lead and develop managers of Analytics Client Service Specialists and Analysts across Japan, Greater China, and Manila.
• Own regional service delivery, including support, onboarding, training, capacity planning, workflow optimization, escalation governance, metrics, and resource allocation.
• Manage high-impact client situations, business continuity events, risk decisions, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Sales, Coverage, Consultants, Product, Research, Financial Engineering, Data Operations, and global Client Service teams on client outcomes and growth.
• Lead servicing transformation initiatives, including Gainsight adoption, workflow modernization, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, investment analytics, risk management, client service, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing managers, developing team leads, and holding them accountable for outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of portfolio analytics, risk models, performance attribution, and institutional investment workflows.
• Deep product knowledge of hirify.global analytics applications, including BarraOne, BPM, and RiskManager.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of portfolio construction, optimization, CAPM, multi-factor risk models, derivatives pricing, market, liquidity and credit risk, VaR, and relevant statistical methods.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and methodologies clearly in English to senior management and clients, verbally and in writing.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple markets and competing priorities under tight, short-term deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures on a global, distributed team.
