Junior Data Analyst (Market Intelligence)

Location: Makati City, Philippines; permanent mid shift from 3pm–12am Manila Time. Requires 2 months of full onsite training before transitioning to a hybrid arrangement with at least 3 days onsite per week.

What you will do

• Receive and assess client-submitted transactional and mapping data using Microsoft Excel.
• Process, ingest, standardize, and transform submissions using proprietary tools to improve relational integrity.
• Conduct SQL-based quality assessments and coordinate client confirmations or resubmissions.
• Generate reports using templates and standard configurations.
• Communicate and collaborate with US counterparts on data and tool issues.
• Create and update documentation covering client observations and issue resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, computer information systems, or another business- or data-related field.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new data and technology concepts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to varied and changing tasks.
• Ability to independently manage time and meet objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be amenable to working in Makati City on a permanent 3pm–12am Manila Time schedule and to the required onsite and hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of asset management and the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
